3H Contracting was founded in 1972 by Thomas H. Hebert, an inventor and engineer of energy efficient HVAC products. With over 40 years experience in the construction, HVACR, and refrigeration industries, Mr. Hebert has invented and been the principal design engineer for numerous technologies, including 18 patented products, with numerous additional patents pending.  Mr. Hebert has focused on product development, applications and manufacturing/production development, and has spent over thirty years in the development and research of his proprietary inventions. Mr. Hebert earned a BS degree in Physics and an M.SCI degree in Physical Chemistry (Thermodynamics) from the University of South Florida (USF).

Mr. Hebert owned and operated Professional Energy Solutions, which is a manufacturing and R&D company for various energy conservation technologies. He also served as Vice President of Research and Development for Global Energy Group, Inc. and served its predecessor Global Engineering and Energy Research Corp. (GEER) in this capacity. He served as Vice President of Engineering and Research with Energy Technologies. He served as a consultant to the State of Florida Department of Professional Regulations, writing various Florida State Contracting exams in all categories.  He also has active Florida State Contracting certifications in the Mechanical (since 1972), General (class A, since 1971), and Plumbing categories.

 He emphasizes the importance of science in the air conditioning industry by making a "science of service". This is depicted in the way our technicians interact with customers as well as the way they solve each problem. Our experienced technicians lead the industry with the newest scientific approaches to help them solve any problem they may come across. Every customer's unique requirements are factored into each project. We believe every customer is different and therefore deserves an individual and innovative solution.

3H Contracting is a full service A/C and Heating company currently owned and operated by Brian Hebert. Brian has been working alongside his father for over 20 years in both the service and engineering industry. Brian Hebert acquired his own state certified Mechanical Contracting license in 1998. Sarah Hebert graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. Sarah helped incorporate the long standing sole proprietorship as 3H Contracting, Inc and has developed many management successes for the company.
